Taking your data, and your data after a contract ends
With Take your data on the settings screen, you can get the settings, template originals, mappings and seals PRING holds as a ZIP in open formats such as Excel and JSON. It is open during a contract, and after it ends for 30 days from cancellation or 15 days from a stop for non-payment. Resume or pay in that period and nothing is removed. What is inside your kintone stays as it is.
Steps
After a contract ends, the settings and templates are kept for 30 days from cancellation, or 15 days from a stop for non-payment. Resume or pay in that period and you can keep using them as they are.
1. Open Take your data on the settings screen
Open the PRING settings screen from the kintone app settings and choose Take your data (データの持ち出し). It opens during the keeping period after a contract ends too, even without a plan.
2. Make the ZIP
Start creating it and the ZIP is made. When it is ready, a download link appears; press it and save the file.
3. Check README and manifest.json
README.md inside the ZIP explains each file and how to import it. manifest.json holds the SHA-256 and size of each file, so you can confirm the files you took out have not changed.
4. Export what is in kintone with its standard functions
The document files and the records are in your own kintone to begin with. Keep the records with the CSV export of the list, and the attachments with kintone's export.
