How to use the Partner Portal
The Partner Portal is a private site for PRING sales partners (https://partner.pring.tech). There is no password. You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your registered email address. In one place you can see your customers, your invoices and payments, and this year's sales progress. The emails from application to start of use arrive automatically.
Steps
1. Open the portal
Open https://partner.pring.tech in your browser. The screen opens in Japanese or Thai if your browser is set to one of those languages, and in English otherwise. Change it with the language selector at the top of the screen. The portal remembers your choice.
2. Enter your email address and send the code
Enter the address you registered as a partner in "Email address" and press "Send the code". An address that is not registered receives no code.
3. Get the code from the email
An email with the subject "Your PRING Partner Portal sign-in code" arrives. The body shows a 6-digit number. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder.
4. Enter the code and sign in
Type the number into "Sign-in code (6 digits)" and press "Sign in". The code works once and expires in 10 minutes. If you get it wrong 5 times in a row, or it has expired, press "Send a new code" to get another. Wait about a minute before asking again.
Sign-in rules
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Password | None. You use a code every time you sign in |
| Addresses that get a code | Only the addresses registered for your partner account |

| How long you stay signed in | 8 hours. The time left is shown at the top right. When it runs out, sign in again |
| When you finish | Press “Sign out” at the top right |
What you can do in the portal
There are 4 tabs at the top of the screen.
| Tab | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Home | See “Getting started” (where you are between approval and start of use, and what to do now), what needs your attention (payment due, unpaid invoices, customers whose contract ends soon) and this year’s sales progress |
| Tenants | See the customers who contracted through your company, with plan, status, contract end and pages used |
| Invoices & payments | Check invoices and save the PDF, see the bank details, upload payment proof (the transfer receipt), and follow the payment progress |
| Settings | Change where invoices are sent and which email addresses can sign in |
The portal says “Tenants”, which means one contract for each customer kintone domain.
“Getting started” on Home
A “Getting started” card may appear at the top of Home. It shows where you are among 4 stages on the way to using your own contract (Approved → Invoice → Proof of payment → Start using), and offers the one thing to do now as a button, such as “Send the transfer receipt” or “Show the connection token”. Once your own contract is running and you have one customer (tenant), the card disappears.
The detailed steps are on these two pages.
You cannot add a customer (tenant), change a plan or cancel a contract in the portal. Please contact your PRING representative.
The flow from application to start of use
From your application as a partner to checking your customers, invoices and sales status in the portal, things go in this order.
| Step | Where | What arrives or what you do |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Application received | When you send the application form, an email tells you it was received. The result usually follows by email within 2 business days | |
| 2. Approval | An email tells you that you are approved. After that, you can sign in to the portal with your registered email address | |
| 3. Invoice | Email and portal | An email tells you the invoice has been issued, and the same invoice is also in the portal. It covers one year, paid in advance. In the portal, see “Invoices & payments” |
| 4. Upload payment proof | Portal | After you transfer the money, upload the transfer receipt (payment proof) in “Invoices & payments”. “Send the transfer receipt” in the “Getting started” card on Home takes you there too |
| 5. Payment confirmed, start of use | Email and portal | When PRING confirms the payment, a payment-confirmed email and then a start-of-use email arrive. The connection token is not written in the email. It is shown once in the “Getting started” card on Home, so copy it at once (valid for 7 days) |
| 6. Check in the portal | Portal | In the Partner Portal, check your customers, your invoices and this year’s sales status |
- The emails in steps 1 to 5 are sent automatically, in the language of the application form (Japanese, English or Thai). Every email links to the portal and to the help.
- Emails from approval onward go to the email address for invoices and to the addresses that can sign in. The received and declined emails go to the address on the application form.
- If an application is declined, an email telling you so is sent.
- The invoice in step 3 is for the PRING you use yourself (Standard plan or higher).
- Use does not start until the payment is confirmed.
- Steps 3 to 5 are explained on Invoices and payment proof, and step 6 on Your customers and sales status.
