Admin guide | PRING settings screen
The Admin guide is for people who use the PRING settings screen inside kintone's app settings. Work through install → template registration → (optionally) mail, scheduler and AI settings, and the export buttons appear on the record view.
- Install the plugin — Install PRING: get the ZIP and API token from pring.tech, import the ZIP in kintone, enable it on an app and save the PRING API token.
- Register a template — Register a PRING template: set ID and format, upload the xlsx, map cells to kintone fields from AI suggestions, set the file-name rule, save.
- Register fonts (BYOF) — Register fonts in PRING (BYOF): upload .ttf / .otf on the Fonts tab so PDFs embed your templates' fonts.
- Set up subtable (line item) layout — Expand kintone subtables into your document with PRING: direction, rows and columns per record, column mapping, overflow mode, sorting and grouping.
- Control when export buttons appear (process status and permissions) — Show, hide, enable or disable PRING's export buttons by process management status and by allowed users or organisations, per template.
- Set the export button's colour, icon and batch listing — Per template: the export button's colour and icon and whether it appears in batch export.
- Set up aggregate export (a list into one document) — PRING aggregate export: a 集計 (一覧から 1 ファイル) template with a start row and rows per record turns a filtered list view into one document.
- Set up mail sending (BYOM) — Set up PRING mail (BYOM): register your SMTP server (Gmail, Microsoft 365 or your own), set the sender, load a preset, save and send a test.
- Register seals and place them in documents — PRING seals: on the 印影 (Seal) tab register a seal image (PNG) per user, then set a template cell to embed the seal so the approver's seal appears in the PDF.
- Set up scheduled output — PRING scheduled output: the スケジューラ tab shows whether your contract includes it.
- Set up AI mapping (BYOK Gemini) — Set up PRING AI mapping (BYOK): register your Google AI Studio Gemini API key and model and save so the editor can suggest cell mappings.
- Using PRING for purchasing (from plan to payment) — One kintone app per purchasing document, linked by upstream numbers, and the documents PRING outputs at each stage from plan to AP balance.
- Troubleshooting (for administrators) — PRING troubleshooting for admins: missing export buttons, contract not confirmed, PDF layout or font problems, slow output, what to send support.

Opening the settings screen
In kintone, open the app’s settings → “Plugins” → “Settings” on the PRING row. The screen has eight tabs: テンプレート (Templates), 接続設定 (Connection), メール設定 (Mail), スケジューラ (Scheduler), AI 設定 (AI), フォント (Fonts), 印影 (Seals) and ヘルプ (Help). The plugin UI is in Japanese; this guide gives the Japanese labels in quotes where they matter.
