Your customers and sales status
Under Tenants in the portal, the customers who contracted through your company are listed in a table with plan, status, contract end and pages used. Sales this contract year on the Home tab shows progress toward the target of 10 or more domains per contract year, renewals included. Adding a customer (tenant), changing a plan and cancelling are not done in the portal. Please contact PRING.
Reading your customers
The Tenants tab of the portal lists the customers who contracted through your company. One row is one kintone domain.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Domain | The customer’s kintone domain |
| Company | The customer’s company name |

| Contract ends | The last day of the contract period |
| Pages used / included | Pages output in the month you chose, and the pages included in the plan |
| Over the limit | Pages beyond the included pages |
The Status column shows one of these.
| Shown | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | In use |
| Trial | In the free trial (The free trial and its expiry) |
| Suspended | Use is stopped |
| Cancelled | The contract has been cancelled |
| Expired | The contract period has passed |
Searching, filtering and sorting
- Type in “Search by domain or company” to keep only the matching rows.
- Filter the rows by “Plan” and “Status”.
- Switch the order of “Contract ends” between soonest first and latest first.
- Choose a month under “Month of usage” to see that month’s pages. How pages are counted is explained in Usage limits and page counting.
When a customer’s contract ends within 60 days, Home shows how many.
Reading your sales status
A sales partner is expected to sell 10 or more domains per contract year, renewals included. You can see your progress under “Sales this contract year” on the Home tab.
- Contract year: each 1-year period, starting from the day you were approved as a partner.
- What is counted: domains under your company whose contract period started in that contract year and whose status is Active. A new contract counts as “New” and a renewed contract as “Renewals”. Each domain is counted once. A domain that has not been renewed yet is not counted.
“Sales this contract year” shows the following. The number and the bar show the same thing.
| Shown | Meaning |
|---|---|
| “N / 10 domains” and the bar | This year’s total, and the target of 10 domains |
| “New N · Renewals N” | The breakdown of the total |
| “Contract year: date to date (N days left)” | The period of the current contract year and the days left |
No warning appears if you have not reached the target.
If you are registered as a referral partner, this is not shown. Instead you see “You are registered as a referral partner”. Your PRING representative will explain the terms.
