PRING HelpBusiness dashboard on the portal
The Portal tab of the PRING settings shows the dashboard's JavaScript URL. Press Copy, then in kintone's Customize with JavaScript / CSS choose Specify URL under JavaScript file for PC, paste it and save. Once registered, every user's portal shows their approvals, entries to the purchasing, expense, sales and finance apps, and a document search. No CSS to register and no dashboard settings.
Steps
Registering needs kintone system administration permission. The dashboard appears on the kintone portal on PC. It is shown only when PRING is connected (the PRING 設定 app) and the license is valid.
1. Copy the URL on the Portal tab
Open the PRING settings screen of any app (kintone app settings, then Plugins, then Settings on the PRING row) and press the Portal tab. Under "Portal (business dashboard)", press Copy next to "JavaScript file URL". You see "Copied. Paste it in step 2 below". The URL is fixed and does not change when PRING is updated.
2. Open Customize with JavaScript / CSS in kintone
In kintone, open System Administration > Customization and Integration > Customize with JavaScript / CSS. You need kintone system administration permission.
3. Add the URL
Under JavaScript file for PC, choose Specify URL, paste the copied URL and press Add. The CSS is loaded by the JavaScript, so you do not register it.
4. Save and reload the portal
Press Save at the bottom. Reload the kintone portal and the PRING business dashboard appears. You register it only once, and it appears on every user's portal.
What the dashboard shows

- Apps are listed in order of app number, which is the order of the business flow.
- If you rename an app, the dashboard still finds it by the mark in the app description. Do not delete the mark.
- The dashboard stays readable on narrow screens and in dark mode.

Frequently asked questions
The dashboard does not appear.
It is shown only when PRING is connected (the PRING 設定 app) and the license is valid. After the free trial ends, or while the contract is stopped, nothing is shown and the standard kintone portal works as before. To check the connection, see [Connect to your PRING contract](/en/help/admin/connection). After registering, reload the portal.
It says "There are no business app set apps yet".
The dashboard finds the apps of the business app sets and the finance set by the mark in the app description. When there are none yet, it shows "There are no business app set apps yet. Create them under Document trace in the PRING settings." Create them on the Document links tab as described in [Create business app sets](/en/help/admin/app-presets). Once a set exists, its entries appear with no dashboard settings.
What is shown under approvals?
Records of the business app set apps where you are the assignee in process management. "Waiting for your approval" lists up to 8, newest first, each with Open. The "Review approvals (N)" button at the top opens the list of the app with the most items waiting, filtered to records assigned to you.
What can the document search find?
Type a word in "Find a document" and press Search. It searches the purchasing, expense and sales apps for records whose case number, partner or subject contains the word. Up to 20 results are shown; when there are more, it says "There are more. Add a condition." Records of apps you cannot view are not shown.
Which language does the dashboard use?
The kintone language of the person logged in (Japanese, English or Thai; other languages use Japanese). The text and steps of the Portal tab follow the Display language at the top right of the settings screen.
Is data sent to the PRING server?
No. Approvals, entries and search results are read from kintone with the viewer's kintone permissions. Only the license check goes to the PRING server. Record values are shown as plain text, and the standard parts of the kintone portal do not change.
How do I remove it?
In kintone's Customize with JavaScript / CSS, delete the registered URL from the list and press Save. Reload the portal and the dashboard is gone.
