PRING HelpDownload and use sales materials
The Sales materials tab of the Partner Portal lists PRING materials for your proposals. Filter by Language and press Download. PowerPoint files are editable, so you can add your logo and contact details. Show only confirmed prices, name no other companies' products, and keep the PRING logo unchanged and apart from yours. Links expire after 5 minutes. Updated materials get a new version and date.
Steps
1. Open the Sales materials tab
Sign in to the Partner Portal (https://partner.pring.tech) and open the Sales materials tab at the top of the screen. When you use these materials appears at the top. Read it first.
2. Filter by language
Choose 日本語, English or ไทย in Language to list only the materials in that language. Choose All languages to list everything again.
3. Check the version and update date
The table shows Material, Version, Language, Format, Size and Updated. The format is PowerPoint (editable) or PDF. If the version or date differs from a file you saved before, replace it with the new version.
4. Download
Press Download in the row of the material you want. “Downloading “(material name)”.” appears and the file is saved.
5. Add your logo and contact details to the PowerPoint
The PowerPoint files are editable. Add your company logo and contact details on the cover or the last slide and use them in your proposals. Handle prices, comparisons and the PRING logo as described in “Rules for using the materials” below.
Rules for using the materials
The same rules appear at the top of the Sales materials tab.
- Prices: Show only the official, confirmed prices (as in the price list). Do not present discounts or estimated prices as PRING prices.
- Comparisons: Do not add comparisons that name other companies’ products or services.
- Logo: Use the PRING logo without changing its shape, colours or proportions. Place your own logo apart from the PRING logo.
Download links
- Each time you press Download, a new link is made.
- A link expires after 5 minutes. Do not share it.
- If it has expired, press Download again to get a new one.
Updates and withdrawn materials
- When a material is updated, its Version and Updated date in the table change. Before a proposal, check that your file is the latest version.
- Materials that are no longer published disappear from the list.

Frequently asked questions
Can I send the download link to a customer or a colleague?
Please don't. Download links expire after 5 minutes. Give them the saved file instead. If a link has expired, press Download again to get a new one.
“This material is no longer available. The list has been reloaded.” appears.
The material is no longer published. The list is reloaded and the material disappears from it. If there is a newer version of the same material, use that one.
“There are no materials available right now.” appears.
This appears when no materials are published. If you filtered by Language, choose All languages and check again.
Can I show a discounted price in the materials?
The only prices you can show as PRING prices are the confirmed prices in the price list. Do not present discounts or estimated prices as PRING prices. The price list is on [Plans, pricing and sign-up](/en/help/admin/plan-and-pricing).
Can I add a comparison with other products to the PowerPoint?
Do not add comparisons that name other companies' products or services. The comparison in the PRING materials is a general one between ways of working, such as manual work, macros and custom development.
Can I change the size or colour of the PRING logo?
You can change the size, but not the shape, colours or proportions. Place your own logo apart from the PRING logo.
