PRING for kintone is a kintone plugin that fills your existing Excel or Word templates with kintone records and outputs PDF, Excel or Word documents. These four use cases cover purchasing, sales, expense claims, and hiring with employment contracts: which document you output at each step and which feature does the work.
In every case you build the business apps in kintone yourself, and PRING outputs documents from their records. Approval records with seals, an audit log of every output, and document links (the evidence bundle) are available in all four.

What do the four use cases have in common?
You build the apps in kintone
You create the purchasing, sales, expense and hiring apps in kintone, one per document. PRING handles the part that outputs documents from their records.
Excel and Word templates
Tabular documents such as quotes, invoices and purchase orders stay in your Excel files, and text documents such as letters and contracts use Word. Excel formulas and merged cells are kept.
Approval, records and links
A seal for each approval step (up to 10 steps), an audit log for every output, and document links that follow upstream and downstream documents make it easier to explain afterwards.
Data stays in your kintone
The record of each output and the totals of each case are kept in apps inside your own kintone. They are not stored on PRING servers.
