- Charges other than the price
- Consumption tax. Output beyond the included pages: ¥5,000 (excl. tax) per 10,000 pages, up to 5 blocks a month. Scheduled-output add-on: ¥1,000 per month (excl. tax) per 5 schedules. Internet connection and communication charges are borne by the customer.
- Payment method
- Credit card (payments are processed through Stripe). Invoice payment (bank transfer) is available only for contracts through a partner.
- Payment timing
- Paid when you sign up for a paid plan. After that, the plan renews and is billed automatically every month (monthly billing) or every 12 months (annual billing). Pages beyond the included amount are billed as they occur.
- Delivery of the service
- Available right after payment is completed. The free trial (7 days) starts right after you sign up.
- Returns and cancellation
- Because this is a digital service, returns are not possible. You may cancel at any time before the day before the next renewal date, and you can keep using the service until the end of the billing period. Fees already paid are generally not refunded for a mid-period cancellation. When the free trial ends, output stops; you are never charged automatically. Terms of Service, Article 5
- System requirements
- A kintone course that allows plugins (Standard course or Wide course; the Light course cannot be used). A desktop browser supported by kintone. The output buttons appear on the desktop record screen; kintone's mobile screens are not supported.
