We may collect the following information in the course of providing the Service: - Account registration information: email address, organization name, kintone domain information - Usage information: template upload history, report output count, API request logs - Payment information: billing details processed through Stripe (credit card numbers are never stored on our servers) - Technical information: IP address, browser type, access timestamps kintone record data is retrieved only temporarily for the purpose of report generation and is not permanently stored on our servers.

We store your data on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Google Cloud Storage) and implement appropriate security measures to protect it. Personally identifiable information (such as tenant IDs and user IDs) is hashed using SHA-256 before storage. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. We take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services in the course of providing the Service: - Google Cloud Platform: data storage and processing infrastructure - Stripe: payment processing - Cybozu kintone: license management data storage Each of these third-party services handles data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We select only reputable third-party services and strive to ensure the safety of your data.
6. Data Retention
Operational logs and service usage logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days and are then automatically deleted. Account information is deleted within a reasonable period after you cancel the Service. Where retention is required by applicable law, we will retain data for the period prescribed by such law.
