RESELLER PROGRAM

Resell PRING, the kintone report plugin, in ASEAN and Japan

PRING for kintone fills the Excel and Word templates your customers already use with kintone records, and outputs Excel, Word and PDF files. We are recruiting resellers: kintone SIers, Cybozu partners and IT service firms serving Japanese companies in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Japan.

The contract is one year with invoice billing, no minimum quantity and no setup fee. Partners hold their own PRING Standard plan at the regular price.

Why resell PRING?

Japanese companies in ASEAN run kintone, and their head offices in Japan require reports in fixed Excel forms, while local rules require local invoices. PRING produces both from the same kintone record, using the templates your customer already has.

What PRING does for your customers
Customer needWhat PRING does
Keep the Excel forms the head office requiresFills the customer's own Excel or Word template with kintone records. Formulas, merged cells and layout are kept, and the result is output as Excel, Word or PDF.
Issue local invoices and tax documentsThe same record can fill a second template in the local format, so one kintone app serves both the head office form and the local invoice.
Approval and sealsThe approver and time are recorded on the record at each approval step, and the approver's seal is placed on the document.
Evidence and auditAn audit log of every output is kept in the customer's own kintone, and PDFs carry a hash for tamper checks.
Connected documentsQuotes, orders and invoices of one case are linked, so a full set of documents can be collected for one case.

Customer data stays in the customer's kintone. PRING does not keep it on its own servers.

Can my prospects try PRING first?

Yes. Every kintone domain can use the 7-day free trial without a credit card, and nothing is charged when it ends.

Why must partners hold their own Standard plan?

So that you can run demos and your own documents on the same product you sell. It is billed at the regular price, and there is no other fee to join.
